When people hear of fleas, the first thing which comes to their minds is a dog scratching his body, which means, it has a nasty flea problem. While man's best friend can defend his master from burglars, thieves, or other potential threats and dangers, it is quite sad that our canine friend can only scratch his body if a flea decides to bite and stay on him. Dog owners who want to make sure that the flea problem is properly resolved normally bring their pet to the veterinarian and have it treated, which admittedly can be quite costly.
Fleas are little insects which can be seen wherever we go or wherever we are. Households around the world deal with this infestation problems, which prey on warm-blooded beings, specifically human beings and mammals. Though these fleas come in many forms, the most common of this type of insects include (1) Dog fleas (Ctenocephalides canis); (2) Cat fleas (Ctenocephalides felis); (3) Rat flea (Nosopsyllus fasciatus), and (4) Human fleas (Pulex irritans).
Having a puppy is all what I always wanted! But with a pet comes many responsibilities. Also problem with carpets and pets are very common.
